Hey! So I am having another shadow issue! I can't figure it out. :( I changed the SAO Intensity levels...I've remade my mesh...I made the shadow mesh..and still it is showing up like this in the game! Does anybody know what my problem could be? I cloned a piece of art ..Those are 2 separate shutters. Oh..and I also changed all the DST images to just be blank (grey)..not sure if that could have anything to do with it or not! Thanks in advance!

hi! this is a texture issue. probably related to wrong bump map or specular. so check that those two images have been done correctly.
if you need more help, please share the package file.

Thanks for the response! I think you are right! I just checked the two images..I did change them to solid gray but one thing I realized is the original size was 256x512 on one and my multiplier or texture image is 512x512...would that be the problem? I just tried to change the two images but I don't think I did it right..now in game there is a few bright dots along with the messed up shadow that still hasn't changed. Well..I just replaced the images with blank spec and blank bump that Orangemittens had posted and resized them to the correct sizes...Still having the shadow issue and now it's showing a couple bright dots..I'm assuming those are from the specular that I changed (it was shown as light gray and the specular I downloaded was black) So if you could look at the file I posted that would be super! I can't see a link to your files anywhere but this looks like a mesh issue to me. Did you use Remove Doubles at all on your mesh?

It did have to do with the bump and spec maps. When I exported my baked multiplier from blender it was 512x512..I think I chose the wrong object to clone because that had an image size of 256x512 I think it was...I also made a new spec map using my baked image..It now looks beautiful in game..I plan on sharing but I still need to make some more sizes and textures!

The sizes of those two textures don't have to match the original texture, only if you're actually adding details. if you just want to "blank" them then it's okay as long as the resolution is correct. (multiple of 2). I'm guessing you saved one of them incorrectly without their alpha channel. I couldn't see the files since I'm on mobile. but I'm glad you managed to find the issue

So Maybe you were right..I started making a new mesh and I'm having the same issue! I feel like I've tried everything at this point..I've remade the specular with a new bake of my modified mesh..didn't fix it. I tried "remove doubles" It removed one vertice..I went through and remade all my Lods and shadow lods..but still having that same shadow. I've replaced the bump map as well with a solid gray one..Ugh. Now I'm starting to think it was just dumb luck me fixing the last one! LOL Here's the package file if anybody wants to take a look! Hi! I don't see any apparent issues with bump/spec on your latest package. What is the issue you're having in game? The same as your first post? Please try the following textures instead: HERE.

Well, I've had a look at your new mesh in blender and I can't really see anything wrong with it other than there are some missing parts. The underside of the arch and the inside lower right-hand side piece. I'll have to take another look tomorrow when I have more time. I assumed it was a mesh issue because the shadows appear to be showing up along the edges between faces. I haven't been able to test properly in game because every time I have loaded up a game to check, it has been raining which reduces the lighting and means the issue isn't really showing up for me.

inabadromance, this is with your spec and bumpmap you linked...it looks exactly like my first problem I was having..I honestly have no idea how I fixed that.. I must have done something else that I didn't realize I did or don't remember..LOL

With this one..I literally just scaled it down from the version in the first post after it was fixed with no weird shadows... Could that be the problem?
