I honestly don't know much about all this but I'll explain as much as I can. All of a sudden I have the "blonde highlights in hair" glitch that a lot of other people are having. But it is happening with ALL of my cc hair, old and new. I've tried all of the batch fixes, and changed the graphic settings around in game options. I don't ever have laptop mode checked. So at this point I really don't know what to do! This hair glitch happens in CAS and in live mode. And on top of that, my sims have another pair of eyebrows underneath the ones I choose. Like they're tattooed on or something! Can anyone help me out please? I don't really know much about S4S but I'm hoping people on here might know what to do. (I can upload pictures as an example tomorrow if needed)

hi! I'm not really sure if I can be of much help. have you recently updated your graphics card? have you tried setting the game settings to the highest option? can you share a screenshot of those settings?
as for the eyebrows, have you tried testing the game in vanilla? aka, moving all mods to the desktop and loading without saving to see if they're still there?
have you tried right clicking the game in origin and repairing it? remember to back up your files (mods, saves, tray and screenshots) before doing that.

Regarding brows underneath the one you choose. I think that most likely you put some sort of default skin file in your Mods folder, and this skin appears by default on every sim. May be it is not skin, but some other file that was cloned as an override from sim model. This type of files not suppose to be in Mods folder. I suggest trying to weed out that file with Sims Tray importer (video below), and removing that file. "Blonde hair glitch" is due to texture of the skin overlaying alpha hairs. And next time it is better to include pictures of the issue, otherwise you have a slim chance of getting a correct answer if no one encountered this specific issue.

I'll be honest I don't know what a graphics card is or what it does! I don't know how to insert images but I can list the settings: GRAPHICS QUALITY: CUSTOM SIMS: VERY HIGH OBJECTS: HIGH LIGHTING: HIGH REFLECTIONS: HIGH VISUAL EFFECTS: HIGH EDGE SMOOTHING: HIGH 3D SCENE RESOLUTION: HIGH VIEW DISTANCE: HIGH
UNCOMPRESSED SIM TEXTURES: UNCHECKED POST PROCESSING EFFECTS: UNCHECKED LAPTOP MODE: UNCHECKED
I repaired the game in Origin (and backed up the files) I also ran the game in vanilla and the eyebrow issue was gone which is something, but sadly I'd miss my cc findings too much! Thanks

This isn't my image but the exact same thing is happening. I'll watch the video now, thanks

NO NEED TO WORRY GUYS
It's sorted out now! I went through my mods folder and deleted anything that wasn't a package file, like png and jpg. And for some reason there was a pdf in there that was totally irrelevant! I'm guessing it might be to do with that somehow. So I guess in the end it was me making a silly mistake!
Thank you everyone though :D

Image files wouldn't cause this issue. It could be caused only by .package file. Game doesn't read and integrate into gameplay image files which happened in your case.
