Hi. Your top has no UVs on the uv_1 map. There are only body's UVs there. uv_1 map is responsible for morphs. It tells the game how the mesh should be affected when body parameters are changed. On the first pic the breasts are where they should be by default. On the second pic they are higher because you changed the body parameters. Since the top has no proper uv_1, it did not morph with the body. 1). In Edit Mode ( TAB ) switch to Face select; 2). Select one face on the top and Shift-select one face on each of those parts of the mesh that are covering holes at the bottom and on the sleeves; 3). Select the rest with Select - Linked; 4). Choose Seam; 5). Press P - Selection to separate; 6). To transfer the uv_1 map properly follow this tutorial starting from 2:32 to 4:38; 7). Once done, combine everything back by Shift-selecting the body and pressing Ctrl J. Delete the reference. Also, the top is not vertex painted. 1). Switch to Vertex Paint; 2). Switch Shading to Bounding box to e able to choose the exact shade of greem; 3). Click on white; 4). Choose a dropper; 5). Sample green; 6). Paint - Set vertex colors to paint the rest; 7). Switch back to Solid shading Also, I hope you deleted s4studio_mesh_1 before importing it in s4s. Btw, there is no need to subdivide the reference mesh this much. The difference between original and subdivided once meshes is very subtle, so you don't really change anything other than transferring time by increasing density this much.
