First you need to find a way to extract them. We don't have anyone here who knows it, so probably you need to look for the information on MMD forums.

There are some MMD dances i would like to convert to Sims 4. How would i go about doing this? TIA For importing Motions into Blender, you might want to take a look at this: www.deviantart.com/crazy4anime09/art/MMD-in-Blender-2-79-Importing-Motions-Tutorial-761991366www.deviantart.com/crazy4anime09/art/MMD-in-Blender-2-79-Importing-Motions-Tutorial-2-761998994That's how I figured out how to import MMD Motions with MMD Models into Blender. However, it's very important that you only use either the Blender Versions of 2.70 and 2.76, as any other Blender Versions AIRC are not recognized well by the Sims 4 Studio program.
I'm currently for myself in the process of trying to convert MMD Animations to The Sims with varied success. But I'm still in the beginning, so I can't post any help about the process now.
But since then, the author has ceased to update the tutorial, and thus the tutorial has become outdated.
If you're trying to find some help about converting MMD Dance Animations to The Sims 4 from the MMD Forums, you're out of luck. I tried looking at their forums before, but none of their threads deal about converting MMD Animations to Sims 3/4. You might try to ask some of the other authors on YouTube (ConceptDesign97Sims, MS Studio Gaming for example), but don't count on it, since most of the questions are left out unanswered.

Did anyone find how to convert MMD motions to Ts4 animations? Nope, there is nothing on the internet that has a good explanation to covert mmd motions to the sims 4. So now I invested my time into making animations for the sims from scratch. I'm currently working on Dun Dun by Everglow and I must say, it's difficult and time consuming. I don't know if MMD to Sims 4 is easier but this takes A LOT of time.

While MMD to Sims 4 is actually easier than making animations from scratch, porting these animations from an MMD Rig to the Sims 4 Rig makes the results inaccurate (mostly the feet and the spine positions are the bones which need the most fixing), not to mention that it is also very time-consuming (though not to the extent of manually tracing them). I wonder whether how you're tracing the dances so you can make the animations from scratch. Did you manage to import the video file into blender and position the bones from there?

Actually I just go frame by frame and no, I don't motion trace like some people do. My method is similar to Giftyakuz (Youtuber that makes sims dance animations)If anyone knows how to motion trace, please let me know. I'm still figuring things out.

Isn't giftyakuz actually tracing the dances to Blender, just in a more complicated way while using Kijiko's pose helper to get the 'poses' done faster? I previously tried to import the .avi files as a plane into blender, using the MMD Tutorial as a reference, but the results turn the video file all black, so I kinda gave up on that one. I recall having asked Mia about the method she used for making her dances, but she actually uses MoCap to make the dances for Sync'd Motion on YouTube. She did however consider making a tutorial about importing video files, as discussed in this tumblr: mia-animator.tumblr.com/post/189569875331/hello-mia-i-just-recently-noticed-your-animations

I actually learned some things from watching videos of Giftyakuz, that's how I know about Kijiko's pose helper. I already made like a first few seconds of Dun Dun choreography but it's not as smooth. Also, the way Mia is making animation is very advanced level haha. Let's hope she can make the tutorial on how to import video files in blender. Again, if anyone knows a easier way to make animations, let me know! Edit: Here is my process with Dun Dun if anyone wants to see it imgur.com/a/Km3jhNB

So I figured out the scaling, but Studio only works for two versions that are both outdated. For me, the scaling will only work on the newer version. :'( You should be able to append your animations/rig from blender 2.8 to 2.7. Also, I think you may need to convert the animation from the MMD rig to the sims 4 rig, you can't just scale it? But I'm not 100% sure.
