What the title says, basically. I think I did all the steps correctly (vertex painting, weight transfer, type/cut, data transfer)... as a matter of fact, I triple-checked to make sure, and it looks fine when I import the mesh into Sims4Studio, but as soon as I load it in-game, it looks like this:
Yeah, not exactly the most desirable result (the only things that seem to be in place and/or working condition are the left ring finger and the neck's border, for some reason).
Thank you very much in advance. :3

Bump. I've been checking some tutorials and trying some more stuff, but I'm still no closer to getting it fixed. :/

Hi. You transferred weights incorrectly. Please follow this tutorial and don't forget to use Clean tool. Uv_1 map also transferred poorly ( which is not the reason you're having this issue). Shown how to do it here starting from 2:37 to 4:44.

Hi. You transferred weights incorrectly. Please follow this tutorial and don't forget to use Clean tool. Uv_1 map also transferred poorly ( which is not the reason you're having this issue). Shown how to do it here starting from 2:37 to 4:44. OMG Thank you thank you thank you! I'm stupid, and I had forgotten indeed to use the Clean tool after transferring weights... and then, when I did the uv_1 data transfer, the "Face Data" option was unchecked for some reason (in previous projects, like the samurai helmet the character is wearing here or a couple hairstyle I did beforehand, the option was checked by default, so I didn't bother checking this time... I don't know why it would be unchecked for this file because I sure as heck didn't touch it).
Anyways, as you can see, the armor is now neatly in place and mostly functional; the crotch plate makes a weird little spike when the character walks and sometimes moves awkwardly to the right side of the body when he crouches, and the pants are kind of glued together, which means I still have a couple hours of experimenting with other reference meshes ahead of me, but nonetheless, this thing is finally on the right track, so thank you very much for your help! :D

I wonder if this is up for download? Try to find good samurai CC for Sims 4 but really no luck. Thanks.
