I hope these look pretty good. Simple conversion of a phone and beeper from the Sims 3. They look pretty good in game, but only one problem though if you even notice it is a light funny texture on the beeper's screen which looks like the top part of a question mark, which makes me question (haha pun) if something is missing, but I'm not sure what. If anyone cares to take a look at the beeper and see. Deleted the shadow on these items because I could not properly resize them from the items I used to help clone to. Download Here

I'm sort of new at this but this looks like a bump map issue. Usually images have a bump map and a specular, and your item is missing one of those in S4S.

I actually deleted the wrong one and put the bump map in the wrong DST image. ORZ I didn't even realized. Or at least I THINK that's what I did I deleted one other DST image because it looked blank. >w<

there we go. Let me know if that fixes it or not I see the specular. It's kind of transparent. Unsure if I need to remove it or add my own? Not sure how to make a specular. What's what gives the shine on items in TS4 right? If so, it wouldn't matter if I removed it if I didn't want the shinyness right?

If you want no transparency (blank specular) and no texture (blank bump map) you can use mine found here: www.mediafire.com/download/38u85i2ox2ia2iz/LexiconLuthorPlainDST.zipthe smaller one is a blank specular and the 512x512 is a blank bump map. I use them for a lot of things and they do alright. OM has great tutorials on how to make your own bump map but I think you've seen them since you had a cute little bump in there already :D As far as making your own specular, idk, I always just use the blank one I made.

That worked great it's completely gone now with using the blank spec after I resized it! Thank you. One more thing. Remember the chair I was working on for the tattoo one? Would you mind testing it for me as well to see how well it works in game? Download

Looks great, works great! The only nit-pic I have is that the chair extends beyond the back of the foot print. If you try and place the chair directly against a wall the back half of the table and part of the chair gets cut off. If you moved the chair forward a bit that would solve that issue.

I always feel like there's some cute little pomeranian giving me advice behind a computer everytime I look at your icon~ <3 Ah I see. I didn't want to do it too much because I was afraid the chair may clip a little into the sims legs, but I'll see if I can experiment with that a bit. Thank you Lexi~
