katgyrl lol, it takes some time to get used to it. If you check my first messages on the forum, I asked about how to pan and rotate the model, because I couldn't figure out how to do this.

I agree with your comment. And also, it is great that Creators in Fora like this are generous enough to share their time and respond kindly to questions. I truly appreciate that.

I've also downloaded the S4S update and couldn't see an option. What I've done as a fix (and my CC baths all function fine) is to open the bath in S4S and select the Rig type. Edit items on the Bones segment, then select b__subroot__0, click Copy and rename it to b__subroot__1. Save the package and it works fine for me. can u be a little bit more precise I don't get it 😩 .. if I open the sims 4 studio and choose "object" what do I have to select then? 3D -mesh ? Ricolor ? .. which one ? 🥺

hil922 - you don't, when you open S4S you click on the 'My Projects' button (right hand side of the window) which then allows you to select the CC tub you want to amend. You can then follow the screenshotted instructions posted earlier in this thread.

Went to Warehouse I cannot find Rig ... I see String Table, DST Image, Model LOD, Light, Model, Object Definition, Object Catalog, and Cutout Info Table. Is there anywhere I can get a rig file from and paste it in somehow???

The solution given to us by aldavor is very clever, but I really hope we get a batch fix because I hate touching coding and stuff lol

I'm not a modder at all, but there are a few bathtubs that creators haven't yet updated and I was getting tired of using only the EA tubs. So... I backed up my files and waded in. Once I was in and completed one conversion, I tested in-game and actually squealed (loudly...ask my cat)! It worked! So I finished the rest. I even had to figure out how to un-merge some files and that (posted by OM in another thread) was easy too! So thank you, thank you all! I can now play happily again. All that you modders/creators do is highly appreciated.

The new version includes a batch fix for the bathtubs that adds all of the missing parts to the rig necessary for the mermaids to animate correctly. The fix was tested only with unmodified CC tubs (no manual fix attempted), so if anyone did a manual fix and the batch fix does not work, they may need to re-download the tub or undo the steps from the manual fix before running the batch fix. Aqueelah the new version should fix the issue you mentioned in the Warehouse.

I'm happy to fix my bathtubs now, but there seems to be a new problem: I fixed my bathtubs and they appear in the game, but only if the stuff isn't merged. If I merge the bathtubs the problem is the same as before including LE.

aldavor Thank you for your mini-tutorial. I am pretty certain that the S4S Team was/is working hard to implement a batch fix for the bathtub issue, but for those of us who like to keep our virtual homes looking a certain way, this was a great help.

starrling333 Your post made me smile so big. It's crazy how one can almost tell what a person is like through their writing. Glad that you (and your cat) are happy. I am too! By going through and adding the fix to each tub, I actually had a chance to get rid of some tubs I realized I no longer wanted, and now am content with the ones I have left, which are working again.
