WCIF/Modding Request - Mass Effect Asari Ears Preset

Thanks, but I'm already aware of this Mod creator, and even happen to check up there quite frequently, however, I might request it from Him/Her.

This is not from the sims, this is 3-D digital Art by someone at devientart.com, I'm certain it never went anywhere near a playable game in it's entirety, I merely used them as referances for the requested mod, as I've never heard of something like I'm requesting for the Sims 4 (there's an Asari hair by someone for the Sims 3 that included the Ears and back of the head, but something like this has never been made for the sims 4, Hence the Request/WCIF)., though would be incredible if something like this was for the sims.

HOW CAN i dowload this sim creation

I actually am using his mod a lot, but I've never seen him include the specific asari ears, if anything its just the Head Tentacles and not much else, there are some modders who created skins for the asari, one was lady of cinder, she had a few few mods made before she quit sharing her mods, there was also a modder called Nenpy, who worked along another modder and created a Asari hair and skin set, but I'm looking for something that can work without a skin overlay, and is more, well, 3D.

Finally, I've been looking for a mod like this everywhere for nearly 2 months. I am also looking for Aria T'loak's face markings but haven't had any luck so, if anyone has any pointers as to where I can find it would be greatly appreciated and I'd like to thank rosebud1773 I wish I had stumbled across this post earlier.
