Can confirm. The patch seems to take forever and the only result seems to be an increase in file sizes. For now just use Cmar's updated alpha tool and slider tool. S4S batch fix for the hair didn't actually fix a cpl of my cc hairs so I ran them through Cmar's tool and it worked! It also didn't take as long. I did, but there are still several (for example S Club) creators' hair and skin that aren't fixed. |

Studio just updated with batch fixes that should stop shoes from showing on werewolves & fix skin tones and details that showed black splotches after the werewolf patch. The updated LRLE batch fixer should now work on all hairs. Additionally, the slider batch fixer has been updated so (hopefully) it will now work on all sliders.
If you run one of the new or updated batch fixes and encounter unexpected results or no results when a fix was expected, please post a link to the affected package(s) so the batch fixer can be improved.

Hey Yall! I'm posting here in hopes of getting help because I can't create a new thread. Hopefully this doesn't get lost!
I batch fixed a bunch of things recently and all of a sudden my sims started changing into random outfits after showering. When I revert to previous versions of my CC folder I don't have this issue, so I'm not sure what to do. I batch fixed my sliders, disabled CC for random and occults, fixed some tags, and fixed my hairs. I'd like to keep these changes, but the random outfits are really driving me crazy. Does anyone have advice? TIA.

Hi! First of all, Studio is such a great program. Thank you so much for all of your effort and hard work. I've recently started playing TS4 again after a year's break, and for some reason a bunch of my CC hair/clothes seem to have lost their fashion choice (gender) tags. I was fixing a few of them manually, but there seem to be just too many :( If you could please make separate batch fixes for feminine and masculine, that would be amazing. Thank you so much!! |

I too have the issue with the gender tags and a few other issues.
When I open my older CC to check on things, I have noticed that all of a sudden everything I open to look at is magically tagged for Spellcaster by ghost hand. I NEVER tagged my CC for Spellcaster. It's older CC that I've already had before I even purchased RoM. Studio does this somehow by itself. And some is even tagged for the werewolf pack. I do not have the Werewolf pack.

Not sure if other Mac users (Monterey 12.4) have reported this issue and I'm sure you all are swamped with yesterday's poo show (aka patch), but I'm still having issues with alpha hairs and lashes being glitched in game. When I tried the latest release, it batch fixed the same files as the previous version so my hairs and lashes were still broken in Live mode.
I tried updating them for slider compatibility before updating the LRLE images, but the LRLE fix didn't update any hairs or lashes. I don't even use the color slider mod in my game, but maybe I'm doing something wrong or missing a step? Does anyone know if cmar's converter works for Mac users?
Appreciate any help!

I haven't seen a post about it here yet but all CC beds are broken for High School Years due to the new functionalities like pillow fights. I saw that Peacemaker managed to fix his beds but if a batch fix could be implemented in S4S it'd be awesome. Thank you |

kirjava, if the bed problem can be solved with a batch fix, Studio will add one. @greatmisfit, can you send or post a link to one or a few of the packages that are causing Studio to not work as intended? S4Player, Studio should not be adding tags on its own. Can you send me one or two of the affected packages? erroloo, we can look into that. notvanillasweet, are the random garments that appear CC? If so, can you send a package that is randomly showing up when it shouldn't?

Hey. I have the same problems with all the CC beds. If a cc bed stands on a lot, the whole game crashes, my sims cant eat anymore or even use inventory. Without the beds everything works fine. Batch fix in future would be absolutly perfect. I will play without until then |

Hello! I hope you are doing well. I haven't updated my game yet due to the issues that come with a patch, but I did notice on LuthienRising(The Sims forum) and Scarlet(Scarlets Realm) broken content lists that all CC beds are broken. Probably due to the new animation, Pillow Fight, that takes place on beds in the High School Pack. Just to give you a heads up. |
