linneh there is no way to fix this. It has always been like that in the pools. It is impossible to fix it on our end, and EA is not interested in making any changes on theirs.

I thought that would be the case! :') Thanks for replying to me! ♥ Unfortunately :(. It's the way water shader and simglass shader work together. Simglass shader was made only for glasses and now for some accessories like beekeeper hat (which is not used under water), it was not coded to work with water. I found old pictures of sims in the pool, and they have the same problem when hair disappears. It means that either simglass or water shader needs to be re-worked, but it is a whole new level above a regular CC maker and even modder. I doubt EA will ever fix this simply because they use clay hair, therefore they don't need simglass and water shader work together, and it would cost them huge money to re-work something that is already working for them. |

you can however check out clayfied hair versions of alpha hairs, ive seen a lot of them. that way you can use the more water friendly version with swim wear. it actually looks better cause the clayfied hair in comparision to the alpha hair sorta looks "wet" and clumpy.

Help! Have been unable to open the My CC portal on sims4studio for the Mac. Whenever I click on it, the program crashes. Moderator edit: font size.Same here and I can’t fix or see what cc or mods needs to be removed from my game |

Hi... difficult to know whereabouts to post this, so if it's in the wrong place I sincerely apologise in advance.
I have the Moschino SP which introduced some items and the fashion photographer career. However, even though my S4S went through the rebuilding process after I'd installed it, there are no signes of anything from that SP within the code or initial items.
Is this something I've done wrong, or is there something that has to be updated within S4S?
Again, sorry if it's in the wrong place. TIA.

There is a problem with the Color Palette under the Tools tab. The problem is when I do the 3 colors on one swatch, it messed the order VISUALLY of the second and third slot. When I apply the palette to the package, the swatch is back to what they should be. So it's just the visual of the swatch showing in the Color Palette Tools.  |

It might require a batch fix to fix accessories. Some accessories do this to my Sims. It's A LOT of accessories and I have no idea why this is or how to fix it, it was caused by the last Sims 4 Update. When I logged into the game everything was fine, but once I edited my Sim in CAS all the outfits with CC accessories broke. i.imgur.com/9IaNJKB.jpg(Sorry in case anyone read this before, I thought it's the hairstyle at first) |

The Chevron earrings with draped chain by Natalis are one, but there were other bugged Sims of which I simply removed the earrings. A friend told me that also other CC could cause this, such as clothing and hair or makeup and said it it's due to the "specular mask", I'm not sure it's translated right and I don't know anything about modding, but it might be worth looking into. A Batch Fix would be a lot easier than going through all the CC one by one since it seems to be a common issue. |

I hoped it might be a general problem, just as the glass hair or other things that required a batch fix. But that's fine. I will just collect them one by one and fix them myself. solxxx It is not a general problem. The only way you could contribute is by finding faulty files and sharing them for investigation with the team. But since you want to fix them yourself then please do.
