Um how do you make stuff here cuz I’m new and I don’t now how to get makeup and lashes, so can u pls help?!😬

Well, there are mods out there for lashes kijiko comes to mind... I think there are others and there are mods out there for tons of make-up. I suggest using google and searching "sims 4 cc eyelashes" and "sims 4 cc makeup" or the type of makeup you're looking for and then sims 4 cc.
If you're looking to make your own I suggest visiting the tutorial section of this forum and trying a few out. If you get stuck post in the creator help (with explanation and/or a screenshot) and someone should be able to help you move to the next step in your tutorial.
ps. don't download anything with adfly/short.est links (9 times of 10 pay per click link shorteners can cause pc issues, but not all and if you're an advanced user it might be easier to deal with) and check TSR or Tumblr or even here in the creator studio section for CC.
