you positioned some of these vertices wrong, also some of the colours you coloured do not match, did you use an eyedropper or selected them by eye? here is your complete package, I managed to fix everything by just moving the vertices Please look at this screenshot and the changes I made:

You have helped me a ton: I just finished another watch on my own! BUT I'm still getting darker colors then I want! What do you mean I positioned the vertices wrong before? I moved them anywhere within the right bracelet section. They're supposed to be in a certain position?? I used the eyedropper from the original meshes texture to try and get it right. I think I have all of the colors right this time on this new mesh, but they are darker than they should be. (on the right is the colors that I want) Again, here is the Blender file, texture file, and Sims 4 package: www.mediafire.com/file/blc33xc6qcr49vf/madbenomnitrixweightfinal.blend1/filewww.mediafire.com/view/05e2owb2cb6sf6i/madbenomntirixtexture.png/filewww.mediafire.com/file/b6omtov07o3zv6t/MadBenOmnitrix.package/fileWhy do you think the colors keep coming out darker than intended? There's still a few more watches I want to make and I'd like this to not keep happening! Also, is there any way to fix the grey overlay over the entire Blender program in the 2.70 version? It's annoying compared to more recent versions where it looks normal.

And about the blender 2.70 overlay, no I have no idea how to change it

Alright, just redid the UV map without moving any verticies. Worked both times I did it with the right colors!!
This time I exported the UV layout for the original 3D Model and put it on top of the old texture, and took the colors from there. I should have just did that in the first place. I was only doing it for the new UV texture before.
Thank you so much for all of your help! It's so cool seeing all of these in my game now!
