Hi, I'm pretty new to making cc and i have successfully made a few garments but i would like to know how get some kind of shading or shadows on the clothes so they look more 3D and realistic. I saw a time lapse video where someone seemed to do this with the ambient occlusion bake in Blender but I can't quite figure it out and I don't really know what I'm doing.. my other thought was that I could try hand painting it on but this seems really difficult especially with figuring out where the shadows should go... I would love some guidance with this cause i can't seem to find any tutorials

thank you for responding! i followed the diffuse map tutorial and it worked, but i usually edit it in photoshop and open it under the texture section in blender to see how it looks but it isnt showing up? am i missing a step or something or does it only show up when its imported into sims 4 studio once im done with blender? sorry if this is a stupid question
