Hi everyone
Today I've got this problem glitch on my mesh dress around knees area especially when sims moving. I'm pretty sure don't have correct weight it's the cause of this problem. I tried to solve the problem myself but still have not found the way out
Please anyone let me know how to fix this problem. thank you

Hi, you can fix this easily if it's just one vertex with a wrong weight. Click the eye and the cursor icon next to the armature "rig" so that you can see the bones and manipulate them. Then you can click the rig and go into pose mode and rotate some bones, probably the thigh bones or something to get the legs to move around. You should see that part of the dress deforming in a way that you don't want, so select the mesh and go into weight paint mode. Just in case you can't select the vertex that has issues, make sure that box is clicked. Click the problem vertex and figure out which bone it's weighted to that it's not supposed to have a weight to. If you have no idea, you can press N and check this dropdown to see what it's assigned to. Select the vertex group for that bone and remove the weight completely from that bone. You can also just press the X from the N -> vertex weights dropdown.
