(solved) Pose floating in air in-game?

Hello! I made a pose but it is floating in-game instead of where it should be (sim sitting inside car).
I lock z and y-axis in pose mode and move sim up an down in object mode.

all the files in the dropbox but the main ones are 'tense car pack.package' and 'tensecarmale.blend'
