For the shiny toilet the specular needs to be black instead of white I think. There's a tutorial here somewhere - sims4studio.com/thread/645/index-custom-content-tutorials-buildFor the transparent shelves - you might need to export a different shadow to the object although I'm not sure if I'm right. Hope this helps in some way!

The toilet HAS to have a specular. All objects do. They have a diffuse (the colours), a bump/normal, and a specular. The specular is what controls how shiny an object is. These extra textures do not show up on the Textures tab like for CAS items and you will instead find them in the Warehouse section.
For the shelves, did you also edit the shadow mesh to match the changes you made? It looks like it may still be using the old mesh.

Yes the other textures do not have names in the Warehouse section. They are the DST images. The specular will be mostly a light shade of grey possibly with other faint colours in it. The other grey texture with details on it will be the bump/normal texture. You might also have a black and white texture which is for snow cover.

I bet it's this one when I "erased" what's inside also within the alpha channel it got more shiny but leaving it also looked a little strange so I'm a little confused what to do

You'll have to share your package for that one. (And just so you know, the image you shared in your previous post is actually the bump/normal map.)

Yeah, I can see from your package that you deleted the wrong part of your shadow meshes.
There are two types of shadow for an object. There are the shadow planes that appear as flat squares or rectangles, usually below your object (at the sides on your shelves because they are wall objects), that "paint" a shadow into the world. Then there are the 3D shadow meshes that the game uses to create outside shadows in daylight and to create fake ambient shadows indoors.
It's the 3D shadow mesh that needs correcting in your package. At the moment it is a mesh of the shadow planes when it should be a copy of your shelf mesh without the shadow planes.
Does that make sense?

Extract your LOD0 object mesh from Studio. Go into blender and you should see it is made up of two mesh groups. s4studio_mesh_1 is for the actual shelf and s4studio_mesh_0 is for the wall shadows which looks like two flat planes. Select the s4studio_mesh_0 group that has the wall shadow planes in it from the list in the upper right of blender. Right click on the group and select Delete. You should now be left with just your shelf mesh. Select your remaining mesh group from the list in the upper right of blender again and now change the Cut from 1 to 0. This option is found in the lower right of the blender window. Now use Save As to save your file. Call it shadow if you like. Go back to Studio and on the mesh tab select the Shadow LOD 0 entry and import your new mesh there. Then repeat the import for all of the other shadow mesh groups. What you see in the 3D view in studio should look like a pale grey version of your shelf with no texture and no wall shadow bits. Save your package and try it out in game.
