hello~ im Ayumu, plese call me yumujie. im new here so i really dont know my way around as yet.ive been playing the sims4 for some months now and i really love the game. i am a huge fan of alpha cc BUT im a huger MAXIS MATCH cc fan :D bc its very cute and looks good in game.

Hello everyone!
I'm a huge gamer by default, but I love sims. I own every single expansion pack since the OG Sims 1 came out and I'm just now learning how to do my own CC. I took an interest recently as of yesterday. I hope to learn quite a bit!
Outside of my gaming life: I am 25, I have a degree in Kinesiology and I currently work as an allergist, I will be getting married next year to another gamer fiend, and we have a very cute boxer by the name of The Flash (yes, he was named after my fiance's favorite superhero!). It's nice to meet all of you via this thread.

I tried to create some objetcs on the Sims 2, but it wasn't my strong point. So I would try again with the sims 4, and I hope the english will not be a drag to create ! I also begin to create on TSR Workshop, but is very difficult, especially if I don't have firmware like Photoshop I think... Thanks to make available this firmware, and let's start creation ! ++ |

The Sims community spans over the entire world and this community would never exclude anyone who speaks another language besides English! One awesome feature with s4s is that you can change the language in the "Settings" bar when you open up the application! Hello opheliia and welcome to the site, it's great to meet you! Sims 4 Studio forums is an international community, and people from around the world are welcome here whether English is their first language or not. You do not need Photoshop to create wonderful things for the game using Sims 4 Studio (any 2D editor that can make a .dds or .png image will work). |

Hi. I don't think I've ever introduced myself here.
I've been playing the sims for 16 years now. Damn that's a long time.
I've previously used S4S for sorting out CC, and finding troublesome hair and clothes, but now I've been using it to do my own recolours.
I tried to see if you guys had a patreon, but I couldn't find one. If you ever decide to create one, I would be more than happy to support it.

That is a long time, I think I've only been playing Sims for about 10 or so years (excluding playing MySims games earlier in my childhood). The Sims 4 Studio has tons of uses and none of them are necessarily wrong, but it's interesting that you used it that way! I don't think they do have any sort of donation feature but I'm sure it means a lot to the creators that you'd be willing to do that! I hope you have a great time participating in this community! |

I don't really use maxis matches (I like more realistic sims, nothin' again yall amazing creators that make maxis matches! That's super cool you can make the style so close to the OG game!) and I've never created anything cc wise or custom wise in my life, but I'd love to learn how to. I'd love to chat to people and maybe et tips on where to start!

I agree, I don't think I could play the Sims without having custom content! As for how to start making custom content, I advise heading over to the tutorial section and do a few of them to learn the basics of both Sims 4 Studio and other programs that work with it as well (such as Blender)! You can find those tutorials HERE! I can't wait to see the things you make in the future! |
