Welcome everyone and Happy Holidays!I'm so sorry that I haven't checked this thread in awhile. But that's enough about me! I'm gonna post a bunch of links to reply to common things I see in a lot of introductions! Before you do anything, every member should be acquainted with the forum rules HERE. If you are having any issues with S4S, your game or your custom content, this thread is not the place to ask for help! There are other threads to do that: If it's an issue with making custom content, check HERE to see if anyone has had similar issues before; if not, ask! If it's an issue with the game itself, you can ask for help HERE. If it's an issue with S4S, you cannot post in the report thread unless you've made at least 50 posts, but you should check HERE. If it's an issue with anything else, go HERE. If you are new and want to start learning how to make cc, you can check out the tutorials HERE. If you do end making something you like, consider sharing it with the community by opening up a creator studio HERE! I'm so happy that so many people have been joining and (hopefully) getting good use out of the S4S program. Regardless if you're here to make cc or just to find some to download, there's a place for you here! Just be sure to leave nice comments and thumbs up on the creations you like, because a little love can really make someone's day! As always, it's great to have everyone here and I hope you enjoy your time on the site!

Hi, My name is Ceridwen Evans and I'm 26. I recently got back into Sims 4 and Sims 4 Studio but for some reason after trying everything, my custom furniture shows up but not my custom clothing... i'm working on a Mac, can anybody help me?

Hi cezcares, welcome to the forum. The best place to post your question is the Sims 4 Chat section. If you do, more details could help (when you last played, when you last updated your game, which clothing isn't showing up, if you've ever batch-fixed your content, etc.). An example item that is in your Mods folder but isn't showing up in the game could also be helpful. |

Hi I'm Amy, very new to understanding sims 4 custom content and gameplay mods, played the sims for years but actually prefer making the sims and lots, not so much lots because i am poo. Anyway i don't really know how to use this despite reading the instructions? I don't make mods or cc only download it. my folder is a mess and have broken ccs so i read to download this .

Hi Amy, weclome to Studio forums. I'm not sure what information you're looking for, but it sounds like you're interested in learning how to use Studio to fix broken CC. If that's the case, we have two sections that may be helpful. The first is the Sims 4 Chat section. You can post questions about specific issues you're having with your content or game there. The second is the Custom Content Management section. That has a variety of tutorials that may answer some questions you have. |

Hi!
My name is Jaz, im 27 and I've been playing since the first sims but I've been playing 4 on console, I've just got a laptop for the first time in 10 years so its taking some getting used too, I used cc on 1, I remember I had a glass of orange juice that sat on the counter and if you drank it it filled all your needs immediately :'D but creating it I'm brand new too.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to say hello and most of all a huuuuge thank you for the amazing tool that is S4S, and for the incredible wealth of tutorials you guys got here!  I was a complete noob when it came to TS4 modding but, thanks to what I found here, I already managed to do some furniture recolors, adjust fire spread on campfires, incense, fireplaces and the like, and add an toggleable emotional aura to an item. Just today, I finished my first object port from TS3: fluorescent tube ceiling lights, with correct lighting (vertex painted) and one of them has a transparent part too! I couldn't contact the original TS3 author so I sadly won't be posting the finished .packages for those lamps  I'm currently not working due to you-know-what, but I'm normally an IT technician, living in Belgium. Anyway, a heartfelt thanks for the amazing resource you got here! |

Heya! I'm Laura, 20 years old from Italy, and I decided to finally register so I can ask direct questions after years of lurking around.  Well, since I'm here, I'd like to say that I'm so grateful for all the work modders do! The game definitely wouldn't be the same without you and modding Sims 4 itself DEFINITELY wouldn't be the same without this place. You guys are so kind and patient!
