Hi! You can call me Amber or Fred, either way I don't mind! I use he/him pronouns. I'm 21 years old and I've played the sims since sims 3. I really love animals, so I wanted to see if I could possibly add some more to the game by modding! I have a cinnamon green cheek conure named Paprika and a cat named Moka. I recently came across sims 4 building videos on youtube and it really sparked my interest because I didn't know there was that many building possibilities in the sims 4. I'm really excited to dive into modding! |

Hi, my name is Gwyn, I use she/her pronouns, and I'm very new to making CC. I'm currently thinking about making a CC set that would make feminine frame clothes look good on masculine frame Sims. So far I've converted one swatch of one shirt. It's not a lot, but it's a start.

Hi. I go by baniduhaine nowadays, mostly use they/them pronouns. I started playing the Sims around the time Sims 2 Apartment Life came out (2008-ish) and have been on-and-off the rollercoaster ever since. I've started making mods (to a degree of success) and CC/recipes (to no degree of success at all). I can communicate in English and Spanish (have since noticed I am weird at both of them). I am on the spectrum and have a terrible attention span, but here's hoping that doesn't get in my way in terms of making friends and learning more about creating, since the Sims have been that much a love for me for so many years.  |

Hello all,
I am new here. I've been playing Sims forever....but I never ventured into this side of the game. I was wondering if someone could direct me into the direction of sanity. I want my NCP to stop wearing CC items and CC traits...I hear that is possible, but i haven't figured how. I thank you in advance.

For CC clothes et al, you can use Sims4Studio. Content Management > Batch Fixes > CAS > Disallow CC for random. For traits, you can use MCCC, though the process is a bit longer. Click on a computer and go MC Command Center > MC CAS > Blacklist Traits > Personality Traits. You will then have to select the traits you want to blacklist. I'm under the impression that certain items like presets/default-replacements break if batch-fixed so probably stick to the clothes, acc. etc. area there. Good luck and once again, welcome. |

Hi everybody I have been treating The Sims as my personal sandbox since 2008, even sacrificing to Maxis'monstrosity a computer or two (13 years old really shouldn't meddle with overclocking, just saying). I am a potato when it comes to programming, but the possibility to meddle with scenarios pushed me to jump into the fray.So yup, I am here to learn some python, vibe a lil, and eventually get some lovely custom scenario out of that metaphorical oven <3 |

Hi I'm Dimetria, I'm a 3d artist by trade, recently I was inspired by Arcane, and learning the rope on sims modding just about 3 months ago, yes, i'm more of an artist than a technical one,, and yes, I do get alot of issue with technicality specially with blender and porting the mesh into the game, so I'm gonna be in your care from now on! |

I'm new in sims 4 studio community. I have not experience in modding, however I love The Sims 4 and I'd like to contribute with my grain of sand and help the community (and learn obviously). If I could be any useful I'll be glad to help anyone. I have some experience in programming and Blender.

Hey there! I'm Jae. I've been playing the Sims for years, but haven't modded a thing since a couple of build object recolours back in Sims 3. I'm an artist from Australia with 2D, 3D and a lil' bit of scripting experience, but I've been out of the game for quite a few years now and I've decided to brush off the dust with trying my hand at some Sims 4 CC and mods. I joined to get a hand with figuring out best practices and learn the process specific to Sims 4. The resources here are amazing |

Hello eyeryone! I am kleene157 and I never introduced myself properly here. So I thought it's finally time for it now .. better late than never I've been playing Sims for 17 years now with on and off phases throughout the years and game titles. I started a little modding for myself in late 2019 for my own game because I never felt confident enough for sharing. I hope to get better with what I am doing so I will gain enough confidence to release my mods for everyone. I already learned so much just by reading trough different tutorials and discussions here and received help eyerytime my brain refused to work with me. I am thankful for such a nice Plattformen and tool! Thanks for the past years and every one that will follow. |

Hi its only me - I only try to make my cc fit for me to use. So I reorganize swatches, flags and make some recolor. My first Sims game was Sims1. For Sims2 I made some own walls and item recolor - but nothing expert. I never played Sims3 - I was happy with Sims2 at that time with all Extensions and more than 20000 CCs. Now I haven't played Sims4 since 3 years. When I tried to play again after this time - I noticed first that all houses are empty and some Sims are nude and/or without hair. And now I try to deal with Sims4Studio - but I have lots of trouble. That's why I'm here. Thanks for this tool and support.
