Hi, me again. When I think everything is going well at my creations, glitches come and let me lost. I've recently understood how Normal works, and I was very happy with that. I was managing to apply it correctly but I've made all steps and that's the second creation that it became weird. The normal works at right side of the dress but on the left side it's blur. It's an exclusive dress for a friend and I really want that it works.

I don't know. Looks like it suppose to work. EA's files mapped in the same area work with this size of normal map. I don't know why yours doesn't.

Just a suggestion: copy the existing blend file, open it, select the dress, add Decimate modifier, lower the polycount until it's ~20k, save. Import the mesh in the package and check if it changed anything. Maybe this is the game's way of struggling to render a 70k item?

No it's not. I've just tried to decimate it to 20k and it's still the same glitch.

I don't know how helpful this is, but here's what I found: When trying this dress in non-HQ mode, I didn't really notice anything wrong but I only looked very briefly. When trying in HQ mode, I don't get the same problem as you, the left side looks fine but there's a smaller area that's blurry. After I resized the bumpmap to 1024x1024, IMO it looks better. Maybe you should experiment with different graphics settings, and try resizing the bumpmap. fallingsim thank you. I've tried to resize the normal map at a new dress, but it didn't work. I really don't know what happens
