Umm... don't the kids have the exact same body? The only differences are how the clothes are modelled. If you pick a dress for a boy, he'll have the same bodyshape as the girls. There's a lot of clothes that normally shows up for both boys and girls, and the rest are just hidden.
You can use any* child clothes (and toddler clothes for that matter) for both genders, you just have to untick the feminine/masculine tag at the top in CAS (where the "everyday" and "athletic", etc. category tags are).
For kids it does seem the feminine/masculine tag is there for tops and full outfits (it is there for bottoms), but if you click the arrow next to "filter items" you'll see these under "Fashion choice" (if my translation is correct). They just don't seem to be pre-filtered with tags like the other ages are.
*May not apply to CC if the clothes aren't enabled for boys or girls - I'm not sure if you can get past it the same way as with the default clothes in CAS, as I don't play with CAS CC, but maybe someone else knows. I'm not entirely sure if boys have access to dresses and skirts if you turn off the gender settings, but I think they do. They do have access to some of the more "girly" clothes, at least.

Well I was excepting for more options (toilet postures, body types), not clothing tags only! But hi there!
(Can someone make this mod to enable gender options for kids, so I will be a bit curious, I know that it can be weird)

(Did you delete your first post?)
No idea what you mean by toilet postures. TS4 technically doesn't have body types, but there are probably presets and slider mods that work for children (I don't use them but I've seen a few for height and such). You can modify the kids a little bit in CAS by default, but not as much as adults.
Gender options for the clothes (the tags - it's the same system as for the other ages) are already available for kids, so not sure what you mean.

I'm sorry that I accidentally deleted my first post. But, you have no idea that I mean?

From the first post (reverted) was about the clothes and changing body types for children. And the toilet postures are that if Sim can use the toilet (standing or sitting).

I don't know which rules there are for TS4, but I think TS2 used to have something like if the bladder need was somewhere above 50% males would stand, and they'd sit if below 50% - but I don't know if that applies to TS4 or to TS4 kids. I think I've seen both sitting and standing in TS4, but haven't studied it enough to notice a pattern, so you could see if it still applies.
For body types there's presets and sliders (not sure if actual sliders or if they kinda work like the pull/push body morphing, because I haven't tried out any of them). So you may want to look into that.

Considering you deleted your first post and it took a while to understand what you were after, I'm not sure anyone quite knew what to make of it, especially since nobody else has replied to this post. Maybe nobody was interested in making this mod.
Also, thinking that "Someone should make me a mod" is perhaps not the way to go about. You can ask politely if people can make a mod for you, but almost demanding them to do it, and asking why they haven't done it yet when there's barely anything to go on in what you want this mod to be about... well, it isn't particularly nice.
If there isn't any interest from anyone else, maybe you have to start looking into making a mod for this yourself. There are probably tutorials you can have a look at in the tutorial section. I'm not sure if mods made with S4S will work with the newest patch until S4S is updated, though.

You can open the outfits in S4S and see that both genders are allowed. They need to be checked if they can. But the big change is at the bottom of that screen where it lets you choose to restrict the opposite gender. It lets you decide if npc's can wear the item {townies, checked means yes), if the opposite gender is blocked from wearing the item (checked mean that gender cannot wear it), and whether or not you want your occult form to wear it. Can't remember this one. I think it restricts the occult from wearing it if you check the box.
