Did you triangulate your mesh before importing it?

Thank you for your reply. I created this mesh with s4castool. Marvelous Designer>3DS Max>Z-brush>Milkshape> S4CASTOOL. Without Sims4studio and blender. How I Can to triangulate the mesh? Now I use sims4 studio, Then I export and open the mesh in blender>select in edit mode>ctrl+F>Triangulate faces. Then save and export in s4s, but the problem still exists. Is there any other way to triangulate the mesh?

Is there any other way to triangulate the mesh? Doing it through Blender should work. This thread has a method for hairs but it applies to anything transparent, there's just one 1 transparent mesh compared to a hundred hair mesh planes. Other than that, I can't think of anything from the top of my head, could you share the .blend and then maybe someone can take a closer look/test for a fix?

I think the problem here is that the sleeve is, what to call it, one continuous object, as in it is not made out of a number of planes layered on top of each other, it has rendering issues with itself, like, the game does not know which part of it to render first. Maybe separating the front half of the sleeve, then the back, then joining them would sort of give it some idea, but i still don't think it will work with folds.

Thank you very much! I detach front part of the sleeves, then regroup. Now the dress has less transparent issues, but I want to try fix it completely. www.dropbox.com/s/514et2kqtzvio8i/dress%20fix.rar?dl=0I upload the blender file, obj detach sleeves and the PNG texture. Thanks in advance!

I recreate the dress from the obj file only in sims4studio and blender. I followed thistutorial. But again the dress is broken...

The only way of dealing with this that i can think of is to separate those folds also like you did with the sleeve ( but the border edges of all pieces will be shaded as sharp..although maybe if you remove doubles after that but not on uvs, s4s will split them, let me check). Most alpha hair creators use other software to layer planes because this issue can be seen there in the viewport. I am 100% certain you can set up a material in blender to display this issue but my knowledge of the program does not go beyond of what i need, unfortunately. You could look into that or you can download Milkshape (free) or 3ds max(free trial and student version)

I tried playing around with it earlier to fix it but this is the best I got- I removed the doubles on the sleeves because there was some mess there with some faces being separated. I think it helped a little bit but there are still some alpha issues, which as far as I know are unavoidable (but I'm not too sure). The issues may be due to topology (marvelous designer tris instead of polys) but again I'm not sure. Here's the download to my edit if it's help at all (although there are some holes in the dress because of the remove doubles so you need to fix that if you use this). Also the package I was using only uses 2 meshgroups. Oh also your dress UV overlaps with the shoe UV space which is a problem for some shoes.

Thank you so much. How did you remove the doubles? I fixed the uv map, then reduce the polys of the sleeves, then in blender W>Remove doubles and save. But with that there is no change. The problem still exists. In your file the transparent issues are more less and fixed.
I appreciate your help.

Watch this video (note i've hid everything else but s4studio_mesh_2) I think it's these parts on the sleeve is causing an issue (the ones I select and drag down to show), so I just removed doubles on the dress to merge them, and made sure they were shading smooth and not flat.

Thank you so much! I fixed the dress. I detached some part from the sleeves, then regroup. Now the dress is okay.
