Would it be possible to make one? Directly importing a Ts3 animation to the Ts4 model causes spaghettiness to happen. Or is it impossible?

Converting Sims 3 animations to Sims 4 cannot be done directly because the two games use a different Sim rig.

Besides, why would you want those exhaustingly rigid sims 3 animations?

Because for example, If I wanted to convert swingsets from The Sims 3 to 4, they would need new animations as there are none in the game, and making new animations is tiring, and also my crappy animations look awful. So a solution would be to just convert them from The Sims 3 for use in the game.
