I've just made a high waist pant and when I test it in CAS the pants do not stretch with the body when I increase the weight of the Sim. I've already made other clothes that invaded the upper or lower body and always worked fine. But now it didn't. How I make it: 1) At Blender 2.70 I import the obj file to a nude bottom s4s mesh and add uv_0 and uv_1 2) I deleted al the vertices from the nude bottom and join both meshes (my pants and the nude) 3) I opened the file at Blender 2.76, append the lingerie full-body mesh, and made the data transfer at "Face corner data and UV 1". Saved the file. 4) I opened the file at Blender 2.70 and made the "Auto Normalize" "Transfer Weight" from lingerie full body to my pants. Deleted the lingerie and rig. Saved the file. 5) I imported my saved file to S4S and opened at the game. At slim Sims, It works perfectly, but when I increase the weight of the Sim the pants don't stretch with the body. I have another high waist pant to also convert and I really want to know how to fix this. Please help me! Here're the photos:

You are missing vertex paint. Switch to vertex paint mode, enter 00FF00 then SHIFT+K to paint your mesh in bright green. Vertex paint tells the game about how to use your uv_1.

Yes, entire pants mesh, SHIFT+K paints it whole, no need in manually panting it.
