Hi. Did you import the avatar in MD in meter and exported the garment from MD in meters? Or did you choose auto scale? Try importing the obj file from MD straight to Blender to see if it fits
Did you scale the mesh in Zbrush?

When I import directly from MD to Blender it fits. But with Zbrush I have the problem. I have been watching many tutorials to fix it, but I don't found nothing that can help me.

Did you import fbx file to blender? ZBrush export fbx file may reset the object's scale & size, I always export obj file.

I've solved this issue with the next steps. This is a mini-tutorial for all the people with the same problem IMPORTANT: The images for this tutorial are in the corresponding links. For some reason, I can't upload images here. 1.- The first, open ZBrush and import the Sim Avatar that you need. If you don't have the avatars, in other threads are available for download. drive.google.com/file/d/1MBoVpJqo8yf2y1sqng3uBDJqhQ83DBjd/view?usp=sharing2.- Drag your avatar to your document. drive.google.com/file/d/1qJHTJfOin6w95gn81D7tRqZKlJgjvw-h/view?usp=sharing3.- This is a very important step. It depends on whether your model fits or not. From the SubTools box, import your model. It must be from the Subtools box yes or yes. If not, your coordinates and scale will be incorrect and your model will doesn't fit. drive.google.com/file/d/1OJKJVEfBN__6Esmc2S7UDMIYTahoFjVO/view?usp=sharing4.- It will automatically change your document and now your model will be shown as in the image of the link below. Then, you must to export your model in OBJ from the subtools options buttons. Close Zbrush. drive.google.com/file/d/1FC_CmcrdKtkv_BTRGGKw9W0EVK1Kalxe/view?usp=sharing5.- Open your Blender file exported from Sims 4 Studio and import your ZBrush OBJ file. drive.google.com/file/d/1kVSamjhbAB_wCWP2a-MNzcIY83uVZrUi/view?usp=sharing6.- Your Marvelous Designer Mesh modified with ZBrush fits perfectly! Or should it. drive.google.com/file/d/1MB-QuBTwf6eEXjT9D8YbUO4_YfPS7a5v/view?usp=sharingThis is all!!!!! But thanks everyone for the help anyway. If you keep having issues with your model try to check all the steps again. Maybe one of these are incorrect, or try import again your OBJ model from MD to ZBrush. Sometimes, for some reason, files are corrupt and don't save correctly. Greetings and Happy simming PD: It's very important that you don't try to work in the mesh with the Edit Scale, Move or Rotate tools, because these will uncoordinate the mesh and and distort the scale. I recommend working with the move, rotate and 3d zoom tools in the view mode on the right side. drive.google.com/file/d/1xS9bHYKyP1dnXqYt78btfsiB8QfRM9qI/view?usp=sharing
