i'm a fluff for robot or object head characters (i just like them a lot lol) such as: i know how to make a hat that would look like a character such as this, using this thread, but is there a way to make it act like the head? so basically.. is there a way to rig a hat to face animations? or, maybe i would make a model for dead head fred. (or import the model from the game) could i rig custom eyes to the sim eyes so that they would move when the sims' eyes would normally move? also, can they have custom facial animations that match up to certain phonemes? or certain emotions? or is this simply something sims 4 cc cannot do? this gif as an example ^ if i were to model a hat of that character in the gif in particular, is there a way to sync certain animations up with a hat? such as, being able to set an "eyebrow" rig in the hat, and let it move when the sim moves their brows, or the mouth or ears instead? i'm not very skilled in blender, what i know of blender is what i have learned to edit clothing and such for sims 4, and to make basic low-poly 3D models. it's not so much that i'm asking how to make a model of this head from scratch ( i might in the future )but instead the animation part. lets say i took ymHair_EP04ShaggyCatEars. would i be able to move the ears in a custom way to say... the eyebrows? or the eyelids? so that they rotate when that face part moves? i hope this makes sense ^.^;;

I'd think it's possible if you link up vertex weights to the various joints in the face. Can't guarantee it's going to be simple, and there probably will be a lot of trial and failure. Most likely you won't get it to work with all kinds of face structures, but something close to the base face in Blender will probably work.
You most likely will have to do some of this manually, though - I'm not sure if the auto tools are able to get it right to the level of detail you'd need around for instance the mouth and eyes (but could be wrong? I'm still learning when it comes to what can be done with TS4...)
