They are more simple models(less mesh definition)and top body shows. Maybe, remain neckline and hands and delete the other.

1). Your mesh should have inner geometry only in places where it is visible; 2). MD buttons are very high poly, none of these details would be visible in-game; 3). Buttons do not need back side geometry, it is hidden. They also do not need holes and threads, they will not be visible 4). delete all parts of the body hidden by clothing 5). one pattern is in the place meant for shoes 6). scale patterns uniformly unless they can use extra definition or are hidden 7). Delete loose geometry ( select everything, Mesh - Clean up - Delete loose ); 8). The mesh is vertex painted with the wrong color. It will not morph. Switch shading from Solid to Bounding box New blend
