Here is an example of what I'm talking about ( black and white). I do not understand why this is happening. There is no shine on dark clothes, so the specular map is fine (I hope :D). Everything is OK in the game, no shine, but in CAS it looks awful, as for me. Is there anything I can do about this? My package and blend files

CAS renders specular map differently from the game. There is nothing you can do. The only thing that I don't understand, so do you want or you don't want to have a shine?

Thanks for the answer. I don’t want shine, so in the game it looks exactly the way I want. Well, if I can't do anything with this, then I can only come to terms with it. Thanks again for spending your time on me

I see. If you don’t want the shine then you need to make specular blank. Your specular (not the mask) has tiny greenish dots, you need to remove them and save as blank.
