Repairing game via Origin? That's a potential recipe for disaster if you don't backup first, because if you're unlucky it could potentially reset your game to factory settings (as in wipes it clean and starts you off from scratch). It shouldn't do so, but it can happen on occasion.
If you're extremely lucky it didn't touch anything in your Documents location, but reset all settings and you just have to re-enable your mods ingame. Check that first.
Also, before moving your game over to a different drive, you absolutely should do a full backup in case things go the way of the dodo, even if you know what you're doing (and especially if you don't know what you're doing).
-----
In case of the first scenario and the moving, always have a backup of your game (and downloads/mods) available, in case of emergencies. Always. It's very easy - just find this location on your computer (assuming you're on a PC and assuming you're using the default C-drive - it's probably similar but with a different location for Mac users)
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Copy the "The Sims 4" folder to somewhere else on your computer or (preferably) to a backup location of some sort (USB stick, external harddrive, etc.), and do so regularly. If you ever need to use a backup, just delete the folder you don't want to keep, and copy/paste in the backup folder (DON'T let it overwrite!). This method saves your Saves files, mods, screenshots, and pretty much your entire game as-is.
