So I separated the toilet paper dispenser from the University Life stall and got it working... Just one caveat, its default (and lowest) position is way above where I want it:
In order to get it in the game I cloned it from the base game toilet paper holder you see below it, yet that toilet paper holder goes down further (as pictured) and looks much more natural. With the height adjustment tool in-game, the toilet paper dispenser I cloned in will only go up further from where it is in this picture, it will not go down. =/
I've tried everything I know - moving the model and such down further on the z axis in Blender, making sure that the cursor is centered, etc., none of that has worked.

Hi Go the the warehouse, click on Object Catalog and then toggle "AdjustHeightOnWall". Note that you'll have to do that for each Object Catalog entry (so one for each swatches, if you have several). This should do

Can you send your packahe so that we can take a look then? Sure, here. (On my Google Drive, if you have a problem getting to it, please tell me.) Note: the mesh will appear really low on the viewer, that's because I tried to adjust it in Blender... No success.

I tried centering your mesh over the base game holder's position, then exported the original bg holder footprint and replaced the one in your package with it. Now it will go all the way down.

Can you please walk me through exactly what you did? I'm still relatively new to this process. I originally had it centered over the base game holder's position until I ran into issues and lowered it to where you see it in the package so I think I understand that, but I'm confused with what you mean by 'footprint'.
Here's a file where I think it is lined up with the EA toilet paper holder. Is that correct?

The position looks fine, but now you just have to import the footprint. An object's footprint affects how close it can be placed to other objects, walls, etc. and also affects Sims' routing around it. Here is an example of the footprint resource in the bg holder. You will need to clone the bg holder, then right click the footprint and export (name doesn't matter), then open your file, right click on the footprint and import and save. This step must be done after you have imported all your meshes, because Studio will automatically adjust the footprint when you import a mesh. Usually this is fine, but in some cases like yours it messes up the desired placement. Here is your file with the new imported footprint as an example.

I went ahead and edited it in my own file and it works great.
