I want to start by saying that I'm not sure of the terminology because I've never really been a part of the sims community, but I used to create poses in Blender a very long time ago and I'm not familiar with Blender that much any longer, but I remember when I used to create poses, the color or (texture?) used to appear on the rig when I opened it in blender. I've just downloaded Blender 2.83.3 and I'm getting a gray color in Display in solid mode and a plain White color in "Display in material preview mode. In s4s I go to the Animation tab of course there is not texture file to download. It's not super imperative, but I'm having a hard time distinguishing the limbs on my rigs when I'm making poses.

Sims 4 studio is not compatible with blender 2.8 and above, you should use blender 2.76 Thank you for letting me know! This format is a lot more familiar! I do want to know, however, if you know how to make the user interface/text/tabs bigger. I'm running a computer that works best with the display resolution at 3840x2160, and dropping the resolution pixelates the rig.
