I'm creating this fake building, apparently everything was fine, but at a distance the texture is having these errors, it seems that the UV is completely broken at a distance, but everything is ok at close range. I used as a base mesh a wall neon, because I wanted the windows to light up when it was night, and that neon only had two levels of LOD, high and medium. If anyone has any idea how to fix this and can help me. images from the errors imgur.com/a/AytHQUO

Sorry for the lateness, but somehow I managed to fix those textures errors, guess was because the texture dimension were wrong, but now, I'm having some very specific problems that I can't even describe, really weird shadows around the building, I took some screenshots below for you see, also sending the package and blender files too. imgur.com/a/hdSapfcsimfileshare.net/download/1963116/

I don't know what to say, I tried your item ingame and it shows perfectly fine in my game, without any weird shadows at all... ? Have you tried to change the our/time of the day ingame? (top menu) Because it seems that those eird staircases are showing only during sunset? (if it's those shadows you talking about ?)

Yes I have changed, the shadows still there but just in different tones and directions, now I really can't understand why in your game the building looks fine. I have turned off the SSAO from Graphic Rules, deleted the SSAO from Warehouse > Model > Materials, change the LOD distances, tried to change the UV direction, and nothing. I'm almost giving up because I had plans to post this on my tumblr, but I don't want to post a ugly-looking CC.

Did you apply an edge split modifyer to cancel the smoothing from blender maybe?
