I've been working on this object as a surprise gift for a friend and it is nearly finished but the game won't generate a thumbnail with the object in the centre and I don't know why. I've checked the meshes for stray vertices and I can't find any. It's based on the sun burst wall sculpture.
Here's the package file as well.
If anyone could help me fix this that would be great.

The entire object is in frame ... couldn't you just nudge it and make a custom thumb?

You know what? The thought never even ccurred to me. Of course I could. That would be much easier. Thanks. I was just stumped as to why it was happening to begin with as it's the first time I've seen it with one of my own creations.

Hi If you still want to do this "by hand" and understand how it works, I can refer you to this post: sims4studio.com/thread/15207/cutout-info-table-editing-boundsIt's not crystal clear how it works exactly, but the coordinates to change are in the Cutout info table. After blindly changed values, I noticed that : max x and min X would be the 'Y' axis, (zooming in or out) max y and min Y would be the 'Z' axis (up or down) max z and min Y would be the 'X' axis (right or left). What I did is that I looked at the Cutout Info resource of an object similar to yours (the sun), and then compared it to your package's Cutout Info ressource. I copy paste the max z value from the sun (0.06) to the bear, and it works The Thumbnail ingame is now perfectly centered.

What do we do if the object does not currently have a Cutout Table?
