I'm having an issue with the game using the default naked texture when I use some of the CC clothing I've created. I have created a swimsuit based on a one-piece swimsuit from the game, but I've deleted some of the fabric around the edge at the top, which looks fine in Sims 4 Studio, but leaves a seam or something where the edge used to be. I think the seam is from the default naked texture being used with the swimsuit, over the top of the naked texture I use.
It appears that when I erase something in GIMP, save it, and import it to S4S, it will use the default naked skin texture when the mod is used in game. I don't have screenshots of the issue, but I'll work on getting some to illustrate the issue. In the mean time, this is what I'm working on.
The issue occurs at the top of the swimsuit where the bits have been deleted.

Ah, maybe that is because the OP has used deviantART as a location to save the files (which is kind of questionable) and I can see them because I have a deviantART account. The links are still live for me.
Managed to get them uploaded to Dropbox, which should help. Hopefully. I know, I know, using DA as a way to host files is weird, but it's a lot simpler, for me, to use than Dropbox.
Also, the shadow looked empty when I was using Sims 4 Studio. Even clicked the 'blank' button. As for the tops, the issue isn't the skin tone, that's more-or-less the same, it's the lack of nipples from the nude skin I use. In game, when the tops are used by Sims, the breasts are lacking detail. Obviously, something which is meant to support the Free The Nipple movement should probably have visible nipples, otherwise it doesn't make sense.

Well all I can think of now is that it must be something to do with the UV mapping of the shirts. Because you were never intended to see naked breasts through the tops, they might not neccessarily be mapped where you would expect them to be but I can't check that since I use the default EA skin.
