My mesh is not importing.

 I am trying to make my little sister a table for sims and this is my first ever project. When I try to import the mesh I made into S4S it loads for a little than just returns to showing the original table. I am not sure what I did wrong and I looked it up but found none that were similar enough to my situation. If someone could give me a little help it would be really appreciated.
