It's possible to copy for an example a position of the points of the hands of another sims 4 pose on blender? The creator allowed me to edit her pose but idk if its possible on blender copy the configuration of some points like the hands, or the face.

select the bones that you want to copy from the reference by having them selected, you can select multiple bones by "shift + right-clicking" then you press "shift + c" to copy them, then you go to your rig select the same bones and press "shift + v" to paste
