I've been creating a functional garage door based on brujah's Closure Garage Doors. It's my first CC and took a while to figure out how to do anything on S4S - but managed to get new mesh and animations working. Since it's based on brujah's garage door it shares the same issue following issue: 2: When sims walk through the animation for opening is very fast. I'm looking into how to fix it. 3: There is no animation between the Open and Closed states. Also looking into correcting this. However I'm also having an issue with the opening animation playing even when the garage door is already open prior to the Sims walking through the door; it's causing... undesirable results. Alright - so I figure I need to add a Parameter/Parameter Selector in the ASM I'm using to animate the door, so I can bypass the open/close animation if the door is already open. The tuning has the follow state in the tuning:

Is it possible to reference this in the ASM? I've spend a couple hour trying to figure out if it's possible but I'm really lost on how the Parameter is referenced...
