Hi. In 2.76+ versions of Blender the weight transfer process differs a bit Select the reference, shift-select the helmet, switch to weight paint, choose transfer weights, and set it up like in the pic. Then use Clean tool and Limit total Also, this is the oddest topology I've ever seen... what's up with that

Make sure the reference and the mesh are visible and selectable. Make sure both of them are selected, the reference first, your helmet second

I finally found the solution by changing the reference and doing what you advised me, thank you for your help. :D
