It's very tedious going though each on individually, is it possible to delete more than 1 swatch at a time.

In the warehouse you can. For objects it's Object Catalog and it's paired Object Definition. For CAS it's CAS Part.

The color of the CAS Part matches the swatch on the front page, and usually they are in order with their RLE2. For the RLE2 it is actually labeled as a Diffuse Map, the CAS Part references it. Just type in or search for Diffuse inside the CAS Part and then look for an RLE2 with the same instance.

The swatches all have the same color, so I guess I could recolor a swatch to find it easily. I was afraid if I deleted a RLE2 image with a CAS Part it could be the wrong one, but I guess that's the best way.

Actually, you should never delete anything from the Warehouse tab because you need to remove both resources at the same time: the swatch and CAS part. If you delete the wrong CAS part and leave the swatch it won't show up in the game. And in the future, if EA changes something in the game files again, there is a possibility that the file may break completely. It happened in the past and some items where creators deleted resources from the Warehouse tab were broken and unreadable.
