Here is the link to my blend. I keep getting an error where S4S is unable to access the file in title above because it is being used by blender.app. I'm just trying to clone an adult hair to child (Enriques4's new Rain hair) so I don't think there is anything wrong with rigs or bones, etc. All I did was scale it down a bit and moved it down (including the hair chops). Once I thought it was okay, I wanted to import it to see what it looked like with the texture and such. But then when it took forever to import, I decided importing it again but I got this error. Closing the package file or S4S didn't help and I even ended the blender app using Task Manager. But to no avail.

It didn't import yet so I guess there is something wrong. Can someone please point it out?

There is no way to check without the .package. Also just simply restarting Studio might not be enough. You need to restart the computer.

Sorry for the late reply, but I decided to come back to this after some time. Well, I found I can't import any mesh to sims 4 studio. I was working on a new mesh where I copied an EA child hair (from Holiday Celebration, a free pack) to toddler. It looked fine so I wanted to import it, but then I got the same error! Now I'm wondering if it's something with the geomexporter.py file... Here's the link to this file (I deleted the last line wondering if it'll make a difference... didn't tinker with it any more). Here's the .package file for the first example. The blend and package files for the toddler hair one.

zora1327, there is no .blend file by your first link.

zora1327 , there is no .blend file by your first link. Oops! It probably didn't copy the link for the blend file. Here's the actual link.

I imported your mesh just fine. So it's a problem with your computer/windows/update/settings. I don't have an idea what prevents the mesh from importing but it is fine technically.
