You have to give us access to file in google drive, without it we cant open your link. But did you transfer weights to your clothes?

It looks like the weights are not assigned correctly. It also looks like you're using the HQ mod but haven't adjusted the texture sizes of your new clothing.

Hi. I don't know where did you see this, but it is not. A mesh must move, morph and display textures to be considered functional. Without weights it will not move In newer version of Blender the default Transfer weights settings differ from 2.7. You must take a few extra steps but will get a better result To be compatible with HQ settings, your textures must be of the following sizes: - diffuse and shadow: 2048x4096; - specular: 1024x2048; - normal: any, so long it matches the shape of the original (the item you cloned had a square normal map? So should yours)

Transfer Weights is a must. You must do it with a game mesh that looks like your outfit.
