So I've had a long standing problem with how CAS deals with Twins.
Every twin it creates has some random variation in face structure/body shape from the original Sim and it has always driven me insane when I've needed to make an exact duplicate of a Sim outside of the live mode. (Mainly to get around the fact played Sims are marked as CC in the Library)
What I'm looking for, is a mod to ensure that "Randomize Twin" always retains the exact same face/body structure values of the original Sim, if they're the same gender.
It would be so useful to fussy/perfectionist people like me if someone is able to fulfill this.

I can think of a workaround for this. Get Twin A just the way you want them, hit the check mark to save and play, then testingcheats on, cas.fulleditmode, and go right back into CAS again. Now add the same household from the library, and choose merge. Delete any excess family members this creates, and now you've got properly identical twins- one just needs a name change. If this would create too many family members to work, eg there was already 5 household members, split the one sim you want to make a twin of off to a new household. If it's a toddler or child, they'll need a parent to split with them. As soon as you do that, they'll be saved to the library as a new household. Quit without saving, load the game again, go into CAS, and merge this new household. And delete the duplicate parent, if that happened.

My thing is more about the fact that if say, you see a sim generated in-game, through birth, random generation or whatever and then save that Sim to the Library for future use because you happen to like them, they are forever marked as CC because they've been in a game. The game has determined that there is something abnormal about the Sim. Having a way to duplicate a sim within the CAS (properly) would mean I could essentially make a fresh, unmarked version of that same Sim that I found or came across in my game, to then upload to the gallery or whatever without it being marked as CC. I just figured there has to be an XML or a string somewhere in the game that determines the level of variance that the "Randomize Twin" function has, and then change that to ensure that it just recreates exact replicas instead.
