Hi. When you imported the mesh from MD in Blender, did it look like this as well? If yes, in the future during export set Axis conversion like this To fix your current issue, select the mesh, in Object mode go to Object - Apply - All transforms to Deltas

Please watch a tutorial on converting meshes to the sims 4 because none of what needs to be done is done at all or properly. The game will crash the moment you'll choose the outfit in CAS because the mesh is affected by foreign bones. The mesh will not morph because it is not vertex painted and has no proper uv_1 map In uv_0 put your uvs in the vacant space for tops There is no need to parent or rigify the mesh, just transfer weights from the maxis reference You need to add hands and the neck.

I'll try.
And....How I add the hands and neck?

By duplicating the body under rig, removing unnecessary parts and joining with your mesh. This will be covered in the tutorial

Did you extract that file or downloaded it already extracted? This must be an issue with axis conversion. Anyway, select your garment, type R X 90, save the file, import it in s4s like that

Select your garment, switch to Edit mode ( TAB ), select everything with A, type R ( rotate ) X ( along horizontal axis ) 90 ( degrees )

Ok, go back to what it looked like before you rotated it, with the sweater selected go to File - Export - Wavefront ( obj ), check Selection only. Clone ymTop_ShirtTeeShort, export the blend, import the obj you exported, adapt it again. New package and blend files
