Androids, Robots, and Cyborgs
(Artificial beings usually created by humans, these guys appear in multiple sci-fi films, stories, games, and more. Japan actually managed to make real androids in real life. Robots are more scrap metal in nature and Cyborgs are half human half machine. Androids on the other hand are much more advanced robots that often look much like that of humans.)
