S4S flagged by Windows antivirus as Trojan "Severe"

I googled "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.Q!cl" and it seems there are a lot of these across the net and some are old (2018). Microsoft say they are all serious threats, others, anti malware programs list them and offer help removing them but don't actually say if they are false positives or not (obviously). But the interesting thing is a lot of leads mention they hitch rides on our Browsers, all of them especially the biggest and most popular. I use Chrome so it's handy to know. 
My conclusion is Sims 4 Studio isn't a virus obviously but a browser infected with this or other trojans could easily shift the blame to an .exe file if its not been detected by the browsers own anti malware especially after S4S has updated and is displaying small changes. That said I could be wrong this is just me thinking out loud.
