I'm looking at your mesh now, and while I haven't found how to fix the shadow issue yet... you really need to cull your mesh. An object, let alone an object this small, should not be 26k poly... (1.2k per tile is considered high).

If I'll put it for download I'll decrease or warning about the high poly. What's making me mad is this black shadow

Have you changed the SSAO in the Model LODs to 0 instead of 1?
I have this problem a lot with high-poly objects. If changing the SSAO doesn't fix it, you'll need to lower the poly count. I've not found any other way of fixing this issue, and had to scrap some objects because of it.

About the high poly, I had the same issue when the object not high poly. I'm not sure if I know what is this SSAO.. May you show me a printscreen?

I think that happens when the shadow LOD is too much high poly, not the model itself
