I've been trying to edit the mesh of the kotatsu table that came with Snowy escape to be a low table more appropriate for warmer weather. It was easy enough to remove the quilt and make some table legs for it, (jk it was pulling teeth--this is my first bb cc) I tried it out in-game and it works! sorta... The way the table works in the game is an animated blanket panel spawns over the sim's legs as they slide under--the actual table doesn't animate at all. So while the table looks alright at first, once the sim tries to sit at it they get a lap blanket. I'd hoped that removing the blanket pattern from the texture map and replacing it with a blank transparent space would fix it, since the phantom blanket sources from the same texture to match it. No dice. I can't tell if it's something I could modify in S4Studio or if it's a coding thing. Even if I did have a way to look at the code, I wouldn't know what to look for or what to do with it. What do you guys think? Pics below

This is such a good idea that someone else already had it. (And if you'd still like to solve the puzzle for yourself, taking a look under the hood may help you figure it out.)
