A week or two ago I downloaded a bunch of custom content, pose packs included. There's about 33 pose packs in total that I downloaded. Everything was in a merged CC file, I've used a few of the pose packs since downloading and they've worked perfectly fine. Today I went to use one of these specific packs and when they queued up, my sims were standing completely still. I've had this issue before so I went to unmerge the file and redownload the pack. I opened it up in S4S and instead of the usual pose pack editor screen, it turned into something similar to the warehouse tab? The left of the screen was showing stuff such as string tables and the thumbnails in the packs as DST images, while the right had some XML (If I need to provide a picture of it, let me know). I opened another pack that was in the same file and, it was the same. All of the packs were that same way, and the sims stood still when I tested them in game. Even ones I had used only a couple of days ago, and worked just fine.
This isn't the first time this had happened, or the same scenario. A bunch of poses that were in the same merged file all breaking out of nowhere, and just the ones in the specific file. Has anyone else ever had this issue or know what could cause it?

Had you run any batchfixes or other things that could have changed files without your having personally made each change? Have you tried redownloading the file?

One thing you might want to do (ideally after making sure they're all working) is take and save a screenshot of the last modified dates of your pose packs, and then if one breaks again, compare the last modified date to the date it had in the screenshot. If the date has changed, then *something* has modified the file, and the specific date and time might even suggest a possible cause.

I've been working on cleaning out my mods so I'll be sure to start doing this.
