The black spots appears because your UV is overlapping. You must always put some margins between island (when unwrapping, on the T tab (on the left) you have the option to space them - you should aim for at teast 0.05). I remaped your mesh with a plain color texture and it works fine I also noted that you replaced one of the spec map and the environment map with black png? You should put back the previous ones if you don't want to have other bugs appearing. I advise you aswell to apply the split edge modifier on your mesh in blender so it doesn't look soft: that will make your angles sharp according to the settings you chose. Good luck
