I know since the makeup update the sliders for clothing and hair have become the new "hot topic" in terms of possibilities. Today I was creating a blush for the first time after the update and I saw the addition of sliders' values in the warehouse tab. I naively tried to change them in a hair override but they don't stay saved when I close the package. Any idea about the reason? I know I'm missing something but I'm more expert in meshing than modding. I guess one of the reasons is that the swatches are on top and don't work as makeup (due to genetic too), but I haven't tested with clothes yet to check if this is one of the reasons.

You need to clone that package in 3.1.4.4 version. If it was created in 3.1.4.2 or earlier versiOwns it won’t; save slider values. This ability was coded in 3.1.4.3 version and up.

Feyona I have the lastest version, and while the sliders stay saved for makeup, they reset the values I set for hair every time I reopen the packages. I was wondering if there's another value I need to change to make the sliders work with hair.

Sliders do not work in hair category. The only way I got it to work is by cloning face paint and importing swatches in that file.
